Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our rates and subscriptions.

Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Our packages are monthly subscriptions with fixed blocks, so we can guarantee availability.

No. The agreed package will continue to run for the duration of the contract. Upgrading is sometimes possible, depending on our capacity, but downgrading is only possible after the contract has expired.

We support Dutch (native language), German, and English.  

We work via telephone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp. Other channels are negotiable.

Yes, our 10-hour Trial Starter package (€350) is a one-time introductory package that includes onboarding. This package is not renewable.

The start time depends on your processes, systems, and desired start date. We can often connect within a short period of time, once the necessary access and agreements have been arranged.

Yes. You will always work with us, the two founders of FlexPoint. Only in the event of illness or vacation may a replacement be needed on an occasional basis.

No. Onboarding is included in the agreed hours of your package.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT. For EU customers with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged.

Because stability is important. With fixed periods, both parties know where they stand and we build long-term cooperation.

84-hour subscription: 
minimum 4 months, then renewal every 4 months with 1 month's notice.

172.5-hour subscription: 
minimum 6 months, then renewal every 6 months with 2 months' notice.

Contracts are automatically renewed unless you cancel them in time.

  • 84-hour subscription: cancellation at least 30 days before renewal.

  • Full-time subscription: cancellation at least 60 days before renewal.

We will remind you well in advance of the renewal date and send you a friendly reminder shortly before the effective date.

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CET. Work outside these hours is subject to a surcharge:

  • 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. → +25%

  • 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. → +50%

  • Saturday → +25%

  • Sunday → +50%

  • Public holidays → +50% (for Christmas Eve/Day and New Year's Eve/Day, prior consultation is required)

Work outside standard hours is invoiced separately on a weekly basis, in addition to the monthly subscription fee.

📌 For customers who regularly require fixed hours outside standard working hours, we can agree on a more favorable rate in consultation. This will be agreed in advance and laid down in a contract.



Yes, you can, provided there is space in our schedule. The full-time subscription offers full coverage during office hours and has a minimum term of 6 months.

No. Your rate will remain the same for the entire term. Upon renewal, a price adjustment may occur, always with timely communication.

Scaling up is only possible if capacity is available. Scaling down within the contract period is not possible. At the end of the term, a smaller subscription can be taken out in consultation, provided there is room in our schedule.
